cable seems to work well charging my mophie juice pack for the iphone. micro side has to be pushed all the way in order to make contact with phone. That is because the juice pack sticks out some. Otherwise good product at good price. Rating: 4 / 5
Bought it for my Portable Western Digital Hard drive and my computer wasn’t even able to read it. I think this one is meant more for phones than for hard drives. My guess is that it doesn’t give the hard drive enough power to run Rating: 2 / 5

Unfortunately, mine does not work for syncing or charging a Motorola Droid phone. From the Amazon description I assumed that this was a generic micro USB cable, but I wonder if it is a speciality cable that is only meant to work on certain phones. It could be a broken cable, but the build quality seems reasonable as far as I can tell.
